Systems Integration Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This role involves integrating IT systems, including Active Directory, Unix, and ServiceNow, and providing access administration services for customers, both domestically and internationally. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Active Directory, Access Management Knowledge, Basic Unix Knowledge and ITIL Concepts
• Candidate must be able to multitask and work with staff located domestically and offshore (India/Ireland/USA).
• Candidate will provide a variety of basic Information Security administration services working with a web-based request management/incident management tool.
• Candidate should be able to work on Unix based requests for Provisioning.
• Strong customer focus, clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible work in a Hybrid work environment.
