Systems Integration Engineer, Corporate IT

The Systems Integration Engineer will focus on designing, building, and supporting real-time integrations using platforms like Boomi, Workato, and AWS. This role involves developing and maintaining integration flows, analyzing performance, and improving efficiency across ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, ultimately supporting modernizing Dropbox’s enterprise integration and data platforms. They will also be involved in enhancing scalability, automation, and data pipeline development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting real-time integrations using Boomi or Workato, with strong production support expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integration flows, including APIs, leveraging iPaaS features, and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks, including writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database components.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (JavaScript, Java/Groovy) and experience with diverse data formats.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex data mapping.
