The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management and health of internal corporate systems, including managing servers, endpoints, and network gear, and working with 3rd party vendors.
Requirements
- College degree or related work experience
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ certified or equivalent certification
- 6+ years of direct experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and MS Office products
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to use discretion and confidentiality with access to sensitive data
- Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking issues and projects
- Experience with hardware asset management and lifecycle replacement schedules
- Responsible for all aspects of end-user computer provisioning
- Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user network, VPN, WI-FI, and local area network access problems
