The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management and health of internal corporate systems, including managing servers, endpoints, and network gear, and working with 3rd party vendors.

Requirements

  • College degree or related work experience
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ certified or equivalent certification
  • 6+ years of direct experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and MS Office products
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use discretion and confidentiality with access to sensitive data
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking issues and projects
  • Experience with hardware asset management and lifecycle replacement schedules
  • Responsible for all aspects of end-user computer provisioning
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user network, VPN, WI-FI, and local area network access problems
