Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITMS
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
