The position is part of Deloitte's Enterprise Technology and Performance team within the ServiceNow Service Area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or ITM
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
