Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and manage ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM, GRC, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM. This role requires experience with ServiceNow, a strong understanding of ITSM/GRC, and the ability to drive stakeholder communication and project management. The position is part of Deloitte's Enterprise Technology and Performance team within the ServiceNow Service Area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or ITM
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
