Requirements
- 3+ years experience in ServiceNow platform
- Degree or equivalent (Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
- ITIL Foundations Certification - Preferred
- Experience with core ServiceNow features: ROME, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTP
