Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM data model
- Experience with Event Management using ITOM workspace
- Experience with AIOps for Alert o-relation
- Fluency with ServiceNow Platform and related technologies
