Join Deloitte as a Manager in the NAT Delivery Excellence Team, where you'll anchor and support firm-wide Quality initiatives, monitor engagements, and lead initiatives to improve delivery governance. Work with a team that helps organizations prevent cyberattacks and protect valuable assets.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Deep understanding of engagement lifecycle management, project financials, and delivery governance
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in dashboarding, financial KPI interpretation, and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ITIL are preferred
