We are seeking an experienced Teamlead for our HR Shared Services department to build up and lead our global HR services team. The position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) ideally in an international context.
