EY is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for ServiceNow. This role involves configuring, customizing, and building innovative solutions using ServiceNow for a leading firm. Requirements

  • Perform Configuration/Customization of ServiceNow system, including creation workflows
  • Build service request fulfillment workflow using Workflows, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules
  • Integrations and process automation with Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls
  • Gathers specifications from business departments, develops technical specifications documentation
  • Improves system capabilities, automate processes, address scheduling limitations

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 4-6 years of experience in development role. ServiceNow CSA certification and ITIL foundations certification are mandatory. Experience in SDLC or TFS/JIRA/similar is plus
