Requirements
- Perform Configuration/Customization of ServiceNow system, including creation workflows
- Build service request fulfillment workflow using Workflows, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules
- Integrations and process automation with Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls
- Gathers specifications from business departments, develops technical specifications documentation
- Improves system capabilities, automate processes, address scheduling limitations
