Ketryx is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to ensure their technology supports the growth of medical software teams. This role involves providing primary IT support, managing device provisioning, and ensuring reliable operations across both international offices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software, solve problems, and contribute to improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and macOS
  • Experience with identity management/SSO systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid understanding of networks, security, and device management
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
