Techincal Lead

Chubb is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team in Hyderabad or Bangalore, India. The role involves experience in Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management, and Automation, with expertise in designing and implementing monitoring and Observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with infrastructure discovery and onboarding devices onto the ScienceLogic platform.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management, Infrastructure Discovery, Automation, and Integrations
• Expertise in Designing, Implementing, and Optimizing monitoring and Observability solutions.
• Experience in ScienceLogic System Administration--ScienceLogic Components & Agent installation, Silo configuration, and Management.
• Expertise in configuring ScienceLogic Dynamic Applications, Powerpacks, Business Services, Dashboards, and Reports.
• Experience in integrating ScienceLogic with Powerflow and ServiceNow and their Maintenance
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure discovery through the ScienceLogic platform and onboarding infrastructure devices onto the SL platform.
• Strong understanding of SNMP, MIBs, SSH, Shell, Python, and PowerShell/Winrm
• Science Logic EM7 and understanding of Event Management process Manager of manager functionalities, Alarm Enrichment Service Impact creation, etc.
• PowerPack Development experience and Python Scripting knowledge is an added advantage
