ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Accelerator Consultant to join ServiceNow Impact, a new product within the company. The role focuses on accelerating customer time-to-value by delivering technical solutions, improving process implementation, and providing expert ServiceNow guidance to enterprise customers. This position will involve building relationships with key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement within the implementation methodology.
Requirements
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading ServiceNow solutions.
- Up-to-date Certified System Administrator Certification.
- Knowledge of technical components (LDAP, SAML/SSO, Web Technologies).
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
- Agile methodologies experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Preparedness for ServiceNow certifications.
Requirements Summary
