Technical Accounting Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to research, document, and resolve the Company’s technical accounting issues, monitor new accounting pronouncements, and assist with purchase accounting, acquisitions, and various technical accounting areas. The role involves building partnerships with stakeholders, process improvement, and compliance with international subsidiaries. Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Minimum 8 years experience with a minimum of 4-5 years of Big four public accounting experience.
• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA is required.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, SEC reporting standards, and experience with technical research.
