Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced Test Analyst to analyze requirements and develop test cases for ServiceNow. The role involves executing tests, capturing results, and assisting with test planning. Good communication skills are essential for navigating project requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 - 7 years of experience as Test Analyst
- Strong knowledge in Testing techniques
- Good in Test management tools
- Good understanding of the SDLC
- Excellent understanding of the Test lifecycle
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow product and ITSM process
- Good understanding on Defect management process
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
- Technical tool training (Postman, API test tool, Java scripting etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent test execution capabilities
