As a Technical Analyst II - ServiceNow at BOK Financial Corporation, you will be responsible for delivering superior services, acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT, and managing plans, organizes, and controls projects with an organizational impact. You will provide day-to-day support for complex applications systems, analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy systems software and programs, and train user personnel on new or modified systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow FSO modules
- Ability to design and implement workflows that meet business requirements
- Experience in creating detailed user stories and translating them into technical requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide), ServiceNow platform capabilities, and integration tools
