We are seeking a Technical Architect/Field CTO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and solution design expertise. The role involves working with customers to identify pain points and opportunities to deliver value, and translating them into solutions from ServiceNow. The Technical Architect will lead architecture and design engagements, understand the business strategy of the customer, and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of total IT experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
  • Deep platform knowledge and solution design expertise
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), authentication (OAuth, SAML), and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Passion and energy for building client relationships and driving the simplification of complex concepts into compelling solution design
  • Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners
  • Out-of-the-box innovative thinking together with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, client/server APIs, business rules, flow designer, scripting, and security model
  • Willingness to jump-in and roll-up their sleeves alongside customers, colleagues and partners to get things done faster and better
