The Technical Change Manager will be responsible for the delivery of defined work packages in a Service Transition role for the client, providing effective project and change management to teams and guidance to others.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent work experience
- Use of Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years working in technical project and change management
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong technical skills and numeracy
- Problem-solving skills - a bold thinker and doer, matching an innovative approach with logic and vigilance
- People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
- Teamwork and emotional intelligence
- Good self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set
- Change management experience and leading teams through change is essential
- Demonstrated experience leading technology and infrastructure projects
- Experience deploying cloud solutions
- Experience working with operational infrastructure teams in the management of data centres, firewall management, and infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Experience managing complex infrastructure architecture for global organisations
