This role involves customer engagements, leading workshops, designing solutions, and providing oversight of code. Requirements

• Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, as required.
• Industry domain expertise in Government, Public Services, Financial Services, Healthcare.
