Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- ServiceNow Certifications and CSA requirements
- TSM specialization - ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM experience
- Knowledge and certification of any other modules
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items and design/brand Employee Service Centre
- Previous implementation project experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
