Datacom is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves leading ServiceNow workstreams, requiring client interaction, design, configuration, and supporting clients. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and have experience in a similar client-facing role.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- ServiceNow Certifications and CSA required
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Knowledge and certification of any other modules
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
