Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow as a technical resource in customer environments
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification
• Implementation Specialist certification
• Documented experience as a consultant
• Good skills and understanding of JavaScript
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, Angular JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON and web services
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML
• Experience with databases or database-based systems, writing SQL queries, modeling relational databases
• Good communication skills
