The Technical Delivery Manager for Zscaler and Identity Services DevSecOps Teams leads engineering and operations to ensure seamless delivery of advanced security solutions and identity management services. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and driving innovation to maintain robust security frameworks and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Zscaler technologies, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Private Service Edge, and Incident Receiver solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity services and protocols, including SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices, enabling secure development and delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow and ScienceLogic for IT operations and incident management.
• Leadership and Communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to drive timely and quality delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Zscaler solutions, identity services, and DevSecOps practices are highly desirable.
