The Technical Lead - L1 will support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role will oversee and support process, review performance dashboards, and resolve client queries as per SLA's. The Technical Lead will also develop understanding of process/product for team members, document and analyze call logs, and identify red flags to escalate serious client issues.
