OneAdvanced is seeking a Technical Lead for its IT Managed Services business. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade technical support to mid-market clients, leveraging ServiceNow automation and agentic AI to maintain a centralised, knowledge-driven service and improve service excellence. The Technical Operations team delivers a shared service designed for speed, consistency, and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware vSphere and ESX)
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Experience with generative and agentic AI technologies (advantageous)
