Birlasoft is seeking a Technical Lead-App Development specialist to design and implement scalable HR workflows using ServiceNow's Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency through configuration, customization, and automation. Requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications.
- Design, enhance, and support core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and custom forms.
- Implement and optimize HRSD modules: Case Management, Knowledge Base, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events.
- Leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub for automation and orchestration.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with HR, IT Operations, and Platform Teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field. 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM applications
