The position is for a Technical Lead-App Development role, responsible for monitoring and resolving issues related to automated processes, supporting the digital workforce, and leading USC communications. Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in UiPath RPA
- Monitoring ticket queue in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of UiPath RPA Developer, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Unattended Bot, Document understanding
- Excellent SLA management skills
- Ability to proactively monitor automated processes
- Lead the support team
- Plan and execute enhancements for automated processes
- Knowledge of USC communications
