As a Technical Lead in the Drug Development Data Platform, you will manage a global team of full-stack data engineers and support solution development, providing technical leadership and taking responsibility for delivery. You will have a broad range of knowledge and experience across data & analytics, working almost exclusively on our AWS data platform.
Requirements
- Good experience of big data, ETL & cloud techniques, and tools
- Experience of triaging and addressing tickets via ServiceNow
- Experience working in and leading a global team, handling team-related tasks and management activities
- Experience working in the DevOps lifecycle
- Ability to liaise with and build strong relationships with business colleagues
- Ability to design and document development best practices
- Strong analytical and data manipulation ability
- Experience of technical leadership in data and analytics
- Great interpersonal skills & a collaborative approach to delivery
