Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- 8-10 years' experience with Nuvolo/ServiceNow
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Relational Databases
- Proven experience managing Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
