Technical Lead Networks & Telecommunications

Technical Lead Networks & Telecommunications position at Devoteam, responsible for coordinating network deployments and leading MER teams in accordance with milestones, quality, and resources.

Requirements

• Bac +5 in Networks & Telecommunications or Computer Science
• Minimum 7 years in network deployment environments, at least 4 years in coordination or management of on-site teams
• Technical certifications appreciated: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, allocate resources, manage multiple fronts simultaneously
• Natural leadership, pedagogical sense, and transmission ability
• Excellent mastery of project issues (costs, deadlines, quality, steering)
• Comfortable with planning, ticketing, and steering tools (Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both in writing and orally
• Propose force, rigor, proactivity, and result-oriented
