EY is seeking a Technical Leader ServiceNow F/H in Nantes to support large organizations in technology strategy implementation. This role focuses on validating technical choices, defining standards, coaching developers, translating business needs into technical solutions, and mentoring ServiceNow developers. Requirements

  • Deep mastery of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM, FSM, WSD, and IT tools).
  • Experience in systems integration via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Natural leadership and team spirit.
  • Pedagogical sensitivity, mentoring skills, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Autonomy and proactive problem-solving skills.
