We have an opening for an ITAM & CMDB Specialist to strengthen our team in Eysins. The position focuses on the management of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) via the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Ensure the day-to-day management of ITAM and CMDB processes within ServiceNow
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data in the CMDB
- Monitor the complete lifecycle of IT assets (acquisition, deployment, retirement)
- Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure consistency and completeness of information
- Identify data discrepancies or inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
- Develop and update documentation for procedures associated
- Support internal users in the use of ServiceNow for ITAM/CMDB
Requirements Summary
IT asset and configuration database management experience. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Fluency in French and English
