We are seeking an ITAM & CMDB Specialist to strengthen our team in Eysins, Switzerland. The position focuses on managing IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) via the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, in particular the ITAM and CMDB modules
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven experience in IT asset and configuration database management
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for asset and configuration management
- Ability to handle complex data with rigor and precision
- Analytical mind and ability to solve data quality problems
- Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities
- Experience in an international environment is an asset
