Five9 is seeking a Technical Program Engineer to support the Program Management Office (PMO) by providing technical expertise to automation and scalability programs. The role bridges technical implementation and program execution, contributing to PMO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform (ICP) and strong program management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent work
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or program- support role
- Direct experience with configuration of the Five9 Intelligent CX
- Strong knowledge of Five9 APIs and CRM integrations
- Hands-on experience developing IVR, workflows, and automation frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting, process automation, and configuration of cloud-based platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted IDEs and automation frameworks
- Working knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD practices
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of project management practices
