Technical Program Manager

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead IT operations, cybersecurity, and engineering projects supporting the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) Information Systems Division (ISD).

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience providing technical direction and project management.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in addition to the five years listed above.
• Five (5) years of experience with change management and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Eligibility for a favorable Tier 1 background investigation for unclassified systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing IT service delivery, cybersecurity, and IT governance aligned with DoD, DHS, or USCG standards.
• Expertise in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent).
• Desired: Experience supporting USCG IT programs in aviation logistics, maintenance, or operational technology.
• Knowledge of Coast Guard Commandant Instructions, DHS cybersecurity policies, and DoD RMF processes.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and cloud security frameworks.
• Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (for IT service management best practices).
