Digital Realty is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their ServiceNow team. This role involves driving complex technical programs related to ServiceNow, acting as the central point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of new IT services and digital workflows. The TPM will bridge the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and vendors, focusing on IT Service Delivery and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
