The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting process, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in candidate research/recruitment at a professional services and/or search firm level
• Experience with Hardware/Software & IT Services recruitment (ServiceNow & Modern Data Center services preferred)
• Strong command of Boolean search, natural language search, social media, job board search
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
