Requirements
- Experience in the field of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, devices, connections, security, troubleshooting)
- Proven technical coordination and management abilities
- Knowledge of ticketing and ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
