The successful applicant will provide first-line technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and document cases accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven technical support or help desk experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Proficiency with systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SAP and other digital platforms
