Sopra Steria is looking for a ServiceNow Team Lead/Ambassador to represent the ServiceNow community within Sopra Steria BeNeLux. This position is essential for increasing our ServiceNow expertise and expanding our presence in the BeNeLux ServiceNow market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or relevant equivalent
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- 5+ years of experience in senior consultancy and architecture roles
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) with demonstrable experience in leading architecture and design in large-scale programs
- Strong experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and overseeing the migration of legacy platforms to ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience in leading and working with teams on local, nearshore, and offshore locations
- A clear passion for ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- A commercial approach to support tenders and business opportunities
- Strong communication, explanation, and presentation skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French
