Technical ServiceNow Architect

Sopra Steria is looking for a ServiceNow Evangelist/Ambassador to represent the ServiceNow community within Sopra Steria BeNeLux. This position is essential to strengthen our ServiceNow expertise and expand our presence on the ServiceNow market in BeNeLux.

Requirements

• Develop a team of ServiceNow consultants specialized in the Benelux market.
• Be active in the ServiceNow community and share your passion with other business lines and clients.
• Provide functional and technical assistance to the ITSM team and its clients through various ServiceNow modules.
• Lead the transition and/or integration of existing ITSM platforms to ServiceNow.
• Design, integrate, and architect ServiceNow solutions/modules to meet business requirements.
• Define and manage ITSM processes using ServiceNow.
• Manage functional and technical documentation for ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Ensure management of stakeholders with ServiceNow clients to ensure governance, quality, continuity, and performance of services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to maintain knowledge and expertise within the ITSM team.
• Actively contribute to cutting-edge practices and share expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
