Technical Solution Architect, ServiceNow

Zones is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to provide pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, excellent project management and multitasking skills, and outstanding communication skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Solution Architecture
• 8+ years working with the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• One or more advanced certifications (e.g., CIS–ITSM, CIS–ITOM, App Engine Studio)
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
