This role involves configuration, customization, administration, and automation for IT service operations, enhancing user experience, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The specialist will also be responsible for providing support to end-users and documenting processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • 1+ years of hands-on technical working experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Windows Orchestrator, and other remediation tools.
  • Familiarity with public service architectures and KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating with infrastructure, development, support, and security teams.
