Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or similar role
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms
  • Comfort working with technical documentation, APIs, or internal dashboards
