ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Support Engineer for a 12-month contract role. The role involves managing and resolving issues for ServiceNow partners and customers, developing expertise within the customer support department, and collaborating with other team members. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing and have strong inter-personal skills, driven to provide excellent service.

Requirements

  • 4+ years providing customer facing technical support
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
  • Experience working with dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML)
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly
  • Experience with Java or similar backend programming language
  • Knowledge of with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent. 4+ years of technical support experience. Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.js/Java/MySQL/Oracle
