Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
  • 2+ years providing customer-facing technical support
  • Experience installing, implementing, or maintaining LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, Data Extraction Technologies, and Network infrastructure
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell) and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
