Scotiabank is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect – APM & Service Mapping to design applications and map client business requirements. The role involves architectural direction, custom development, and technical expertise. The solution architect works with the Service Management Tools team to deliver complete solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow APM and Service Mapping application/modules
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM and Service Mapping configuration/implementation
- Hands-on experience with client-side development (UI Policies, Client Scripts, AJAX)
- Self-motivated and organized with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Requirements Summary
B.S. or equivalent, 5-7 years in ServiceNow/Service Management, APM & SLM experience, and client-side development skills are required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential
