FIS is seeking a Technical Support Representative I to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying new technologies, designing, installing, and maintaining system testing performance of PC/server operating systems and related utilities and hardware.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Prior banking or finance related experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong analytical skills
