The Technical Writer is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining ITSM and ServiceNOW documentation, procedures, and job aids. They will work closely with process managers and governance leads to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of ITSM hands-on experience
- Knowledge of core operational processes (Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, & Service Desk)
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certificate
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow with demonstrated proficiency navigating the ServiceNow tool set
- Strong analytical and communication skills
