EOLEN, a French consulting engineering and IT company, is seeking a Piloting IT Technician (F/M) to strengthen teams and ensure IT continuity. This role involves monitoring IT infrastructures, ensuring stable server and network operations, and collaborating with IT teams and clients.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Windows (W7/10), Unix/Linux, Citrix environments
- Knowledge of a Service Desk environment under contract with SLAs
- Mastery or good familiarity with the following tools: Zabbix, Logic Monitor, Thruk, $U, ControlM
- Ticketing / ITSM: ServiceNow
- Backup: Tivoli Storage Manager (TMC)
- Collaborative tools: Active Directory, Office 365, VNC, phone, webchat
- Analytical skills, rigor and ability to manage priorities
- Good writing, speaking and communication skills
- Fluency in French
- Fluency in English (desired)
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in IT (e.g., SI). Service Desk experience is preferred. Fluency in French, English a plus
